Flying over the largest tank cemetery in the European part of Russia, I involuntarily asked myself: why thousands of tons of metal rust in the open air instead of being recycled and used for new production?⁣⁣⠀⁣⁣⠀ I wanted to start my angry post this way but I decided to google the theme first.⁣⁣⠀⁣⁣⠀ Well, it turns out these machines are waiting for overhauling and modernization. They will be completely disassembled, derusted at the factory, the hull will be repaired and all damaged components will be replaced. The gas-turbine engines of these beasts have proven themselves well in the harsh conditions of the northern Russia. All repaired vehicles are planned to be sent to the Arctic regions and the Far East.⁣⁣⠀ Photographer 📸 @like _a_free
